Africa's first clinical colon hydrotherapy centre — 25+ years of GPACT-certified care, closed-system technology, and three private clinics across Gauteng.
Many clients choose colon hydrotherapy as part of a broader digestive wellness routine, alongside hydration, movement and a fibre-rich diet.
A gentle, guided reset
Your therapist explains the process before you begin and paces every session to your comfort — private rooms, no judgement.
Built on 25+ years of care
Africa's first clinical colon hydrotherapy centre, led by a GPACT-trained therapist — not a trend, a long-standing clinical practice.

Questions before you book
Is it uncomfortable?
Sessions are private and paced to your comfort. Your therapist explains what to expect beforehand, so most clients describe it as gentle and relaxing rather than uncomfortable.
Is it hygienic?
Yes — every session uses closed-system technology with imported, single-use disposables. Nothing is reused between clients.
How many sessions do I need?
Many clients start with a single session; others choose one of our multi-session cleanse programmes for a deeper reset. Your therapist will guide you based on your goals.
What happens at my first visit?
A short, private consultation with your therapist first, so they can explain the process, run through a health screening, and answer any questions before your session begins.
